In the calendar, choose the date, start time and duration, up to two hours.
Send a request
Enter your details. No account is needed.
Confirmation follows
The City reviews your request and replies by e-mail. The session is free of charge.
You can cancel a request or an approved booking at any time before it begins, using the link in your e-mail, without giving a reason. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance, so that someone else can book the slot. Rules and zones
