About this website

The website and the booking system are run by the City of Sveta Nedelja (Grad Sveta Nedelja), Trg Ante Starčevića 5, 10431 Sveta Nedelja, OIB 24436052952, the owner of Erdődy Castle Kerestinec (the City). The castle is a protected cultural heritage site.

Booking a session

• Photo sessions are free of charge.
• Wedding and engagement photo sessions are currently allowed.
• You choose a slot in the calendar, lasting up to two hours. You do not need an account.
• The form you send is a request for a slot, not a confirmation. The City reviews the request, approves or declines it, and lets you know by e-mail. Your booking is confirmed only once you receive the approval e-mail.
• The details in your request must be accurate, especially your e-mail address, as all notifications about your booking are sent by e-mail.

Where you may take photos

Your booking covers the entire outdoor area of the castle:

• Park around the castle: allowed. The lawns and paths around the castle and the moat.
• Front façade: allowed. The restored façade, the main entrance and the bridge over the moat.
• Atrium (central courtyard): allowed. The landscaped inner courtyard of the castle.
• Interior rooms: not allowed. The castle houses a library, a music school and a local heritage collection.

• Driving up to the castle

The photographer and visitors are responsible for their group. Please respect the castle as a protected heritage site, do not damage the building, the park or any equipment, and do not disturb other visitors or the institutions based in the castle.

Cancellations and changes

• You can cancel your request or approved booking at any time before it starts, through the link in the e-mail, without giving a reason. We kindly ask you to cancel at least 24 hours in advance, so that someone else can book the slot.
• If you would like a different slot, cancel your current booking and send a new request. A cancelled slot is released in the calendar immediately.
• The City may cancel or move an approved booking because of events at the castle, works or unforeseen circumstances. It will let you know by e-mail as early as possible and, where it can, suggest a new slot.
• Sessions are not cancelled automatically because of the weather. The decision is yours.

Photos

Sessions are intended for wedding and engagement photos for personal use. For any other kind of shoot, please contact the City before sending a request.
